“So we tried to go as healthy as we possibly can, as fresh as we can. We’ve started to make our own nut milk and from that we’ve got our almond meal which then we use in our pancakes. All of the little processes that we started to do with the coffee we decided to implement in the food. So all of our butters, all of the spices that we use, everything we possibly do we try to do it in house now instead of sourcing it from someone else.”
